  • BUBBLEMAKER: Just for kids!

    The PADI Bubblemaker program is for youngsters--kids ages 8-11. It introduces young adventurers to the thrill of breathing underwater. In a shallow pool, kids take the plunge to experience another world--the underwater world, including lots of fun and games. Start your youngster out on the right fin, and let them join in on the family fun! $35 USD Minimum 2 children. Duration: 2 hours

     

  • DISCOVER SCUBA DIVE for first time divers: Wonder what's really down there? Want to go down and find out with a qualified PADI instructor? We guarantee there's no sharks, but there's plenty of coral of all colors and lots of fish! Learn to dive in the safety of a pool (all classes are private with as much time as you need), and then go out with a trained, credentialed professional to explore a quiet cove underwater for about an hour. It's easy and you'll be hooked! Ages 8-80 can participate. Underworld Scuba/Scuba Shack, an authorized PADI Dive Center, has a 100% safety record and a solid, 14-year reputation in Manzanillo. This class and dive can also be applied to the cost of an open water certification with us. In addition, PADI offers Discover Scuba Divers a $25 rebate after completion of certification!

  • 2-TANK BOAT DIVES: For Certified Divers or beginner divers completing Discover Scuba course (and doing Discover Scuba Dive): ONLY $80 USD* including two different locations, transportation anywhere within the hotel zone, all top quality Sherwood equipment, tank fills to 3,000+ PSI, qualified instructor with more than 13 years experience in Manzanillo, a cooler with refreshments, and a great time with lunch option after the dive. (The lunch is perfect for those who MUST HAVE fresh seafood at a great price, brought from the ocean to your table!) Duration: 4 hours

  • 2-DAY DIVE PACKAGE: For Certified Divers or beginner divers completing Discover Scuba course (and doing Discover Scuba Dive): ONLY $70 USD* (daily rate/person) including two different locations each day, transportation anywhere within the hotel zone, all top quality equipment, tank fills to 3,000+ PSI, qualified PADI instructor with more than 13 years experience in Manzanillo, and a great time with lunch option (the best and most reasonably-priced seafood in Manzanillo) after the dive. To qualify for this package, reservations must be made in advance over the internet and pre-pay with VISA or MasterCard.

  • 3-DAY DIVE PACKAGE: ONLY $65 USD* (daily rate/person) including two different locations, transportation, all top quality equipment, tank fills to 3,000+ PSI, qualified PADI instructor with more than 13 years experience in Manzanillo, and a great time with lunch option after the dive. To qualify for this package, reservations must be made in advance over the internet and pre-pay with VISA or MasterCard.

  • SNORKELING PACKAGE: Visit three different locations, a 10,000-year-old coral reef, Elephant Rock with its fantastic blow hole, and our 300-foot-long, 84-year-old shipwreck sitting in only 25 feet of water. Quality equipment, an English-speaking scuba instructor in the water with you as well as free snorkeling classes is included. We bring a cooler on board to give you beer, sodas and water. Transportation is also included anywhere within the hotel zone. Lunch after the trip is optional, but La Boquita (the beach where our boat leaves from) has the best seafood in town. 4-person minimum.  We cater to beginners and children, with special equipment, such as a snorkeling raft with a viewing window, snorkel vests, and exposure suits for protection and warmth. ONLY $45 USD* Duration: 3 hours

  • DIVE CERTIFICATION PACKAGE: Full PADI open water diving certification package $350 USD per person, or $600 USD per couple.  When you first take PADI's Discover Scuba Diving with us, you receive a $50 USD credit toward your full open water certification, making the actual cost of your OWC only $300 USD for a single, and $500 USD for 2 persons! Price includes equipment, transportation, classroom training, pool sessions and 4 open water dives. Allow 3 days. Days do not have to be consecutive. Must reserve in advance. VISA & MasterCard accepted. Certifications offered with PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors). We are a PADI Dive Center, store #20008. Referrals from all dive organizations welcome. Referral Dives: $250 USD for all 4; $125 USD for 2 dives. We do open water dives for cruise ship passengers.

    *If you want to use your own equipment, you may certainly do so, but there is no additional discount if you bring any or all of your own diving or snorkeling equipment. Our cost is in boat hours and qualified personnel. Thanks!

    Attention Cruise ship customers: The Federal Zone where your ship docks is off-limits to non-union employees and vehicles. You must take a union taxi to our store. We will be pleased to furnish you with directions in Spanish to give your taxi driver. Approximate cost of taxi is $12.
